*Referrals/prescriptions can only be ordered online if they are so-called routine referrals (e.g., check-ups, preventive examinations, etc.) or, in the case of prescriptions, repeat prescriptions for long-term medication. In case of any uncertainties or questions, we would ask you always to contact us in person or by telephone. Tel. 0611 / 540 010

For those with statutory health insurance, presentation to our practice of a health-insurance card for the current quarter is required when ordering online. By using the online ordering service, you agree to the automated processing of personal data for the purpose of processing and documenting the referral(s) or prescription(s). Please also note that only patients known to us can order medications or referrals from our practice.
